GLS is responsible for the delivery of our parcels.

For all orders placed by 10. we try to send out the same (working) day and in most cases they are delivered the next working day.

Everyone who provides a phone number in their order will receive a message about the status of their order. The phone number also serves to speed up communication between the courier and you.

If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification in your mailbox with all the details for picking up your parcel, where it will be waiting for you for 14 days. You can also redirect your parcel to your preferred address by following the instructions of the delivery service.

Delivery is €2.99 and free for purchases over €30.00.

Personal collection:

Personal collection is only possible by prior arrangement and payment. For collection, please call 064 288 499 or email [email protected].

Personal collection in Ljubljana:

We also offer personal pick-up at the GAPEX store at Rožna dolina cesta IX/23a, 1000 Ljubljana. Ordered shoelaces can be collected the next working day.
